How this website handles personal data, and what it deliberately does not do.
1. Who this is about
This policy covers the website at easyaccess.one and its mirrors at easyaccess.systems, easyaccess.software and easyaccess.services. The data controller is NexaTech Consulting (PTY) LTD, registration number 20231968737, of 17 Dock Road, Watershed, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, 8002.
It does not cover the EasyAccess software products. Those are deployed and operated by our customers in their own infrastructure, which makes the customer the controller for any personal data the software processes. Product-specific privacy documentation is provided with the software.
2. What this website collects
Nothing, by design. Specifically, this site:
- sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage
- runs no analytics, tag manager, advertising or tracking script of any kind
- contains no contact form and no newsletter signup
- loads no fonts, scripts, stylesheets or images from any third-party service — everything is served from this domain
- embeds no social media widgets, videos or chat tools
You can verify this: open your browser's network inspector and confirm that every request goes to this domain and nowhere else.
3. Server logs
Like any web server, the infrastructure serving this site records technical request data, which typically includes the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the service available and to identify abuse.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are not used to build profiles, are not combined with any other data, are not sold or shared for marketing, and are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes.
4. When you email us
The addresses on this site are ordinary mailboxes. If you write to us, we process the content of your message and your contact details in order to respond, which is either the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Correspondence is retained for as long as the business relationship or enquiry requires, and for any period we are obliged to keep records. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
5. Your rights
Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in respect of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, write to us at the privacy address below. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
6. International transfers
We are established in South Africa, so correspondence sent to us is processed there. Where our hosting or email infrastructure processes data in another jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published here with a new date at the top of the page. We do not notify visitors individually, as we hold no visitor contact details to notify.
